People in Pursuit is a digital platform designed to help users document and visualize their personal stories and wellbeing. The service includes audio recording, mood tracking, and AI-generated content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile.
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload (audio, photos, text). By using the service, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you (e.g., generating transcripts and infographics).
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to violate any applicable New Zealand laws or regulations.
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, People in Pursuit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
